All orders ship from Germany within 1–2 business days of payment.

• Germany: 1–3 business days · €4.90 (free over €100)
• EU: 2–5 business days · €9.90 (free over €150)
• UK / Switzerland: 3–7 business days · €14.90
• Rest of world: 5–10 business days · €19.90

Tracking is emailed on dispatch. Import duties outside the EU are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns

14-day returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags. EU customers also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal — see the full terms in our Terms & Conditions.

To start a return, email service@fmphgroup.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods.
